Stephen Nappi, Esq. focuses his practice on personal injury litigation in the areas of premises liability, labor law and motor vehicle negligence, and commercial litigation. Mr. Nappi has years of experience litigating cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, giving him a unique perspective that enables him to achieve the best results for his clients.
Mr. Nappi is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Nappi graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and he obtained his undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University. Mr. Nappi was selected to the 2023 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars list.

Stacy Klozow, Esq. practices in the areas of commercial litigation and plaintiff’s personal injury. In her practice of commercial litigation, Ms. Klozow represents plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving contract, real estate and business disputes. She also represents individuals who have suffered personal injury and financial loss in matters involving wrongful death, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, assault and battery, and general negligence.
Ms. Klozow is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York and in federal court in the Southern District of New York. She has considerable experience arguing before the New York Appellate Courts, including successfully arguing for the reversal of prior precedent.
Ms. Klozow is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she was heavily involved in campus affairs including Miami Law Women, and served on the Executive Board of the Real Estate & Trust Law Society. While attending law school, Ms. Klozow worked in the felony division of the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office.
